THE UMBRELLA ACADEMY POSTER SWEEPSTAKES RULES
(“Official Rules”)
No purchase needed to join or win. Buying won’t help your chances. This is void where it’s banned. Your odds of winning depend on how many eligible entries (described below) come in during the sweepstakes period (described below). Only legal residents of the 50 U.S. states or D.C. who live there physically and are 18+ / 21+ years old at the start of the sweepstakes period can enter. Employees, officers, and directors of the sponsor and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers, or distributors of sweepstakes materials, and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or people living in the same household (whether related or not) can’t join.
The sweepstakes begin on August 22 at 10:00 AM PT and end on August 29 at 11:59 PM PT (“Sweepstakes Period”). To join, go to tudum.com and follow the given instructions to fill out and submit the entry form with your full name, email, state of residence, and phone number (“Entry(ies)”). All entries become the sponsor’s property and won’t be acknowledged or returned. One entry per person during the sweepstakes period. Around September 3, the sponsor will randomly pick seventeen (17) winners from all valid entries received during the sweepstakes period. Each winner gets one signed poster.
The sponsor will try twice to contact potential winners via the email provided. Winners must reply within two days. If they don’t, they might get disqualified, and another winner could be chosen. Sponsor’s decisions are final on everything about this sweepstakes. The estimated retail value (“ERV”) of each prize is $200. The total ERV of all prizes is $3,400. Actual retail value (“ARV”) might differ. Any difference between ERV and ARV won’t be given.
All prize details are decided by the sponsor and depend on availability; the prize is given “as is” with no warranty or guarantee from the sponsor. The sponsor can replace any prize (or part of it) with a similar or better value one. Prizes can’t be transferred by winners or redeemed for cash, and they’re only valid for the items listed above, with no substitution by winners. All taxes, expenses, costs, and fees related to using the prize are the winner’s responsibility. By entering, everyone agrees to release and hold harmless the sponsor and its affiliated companies from any liability from participating in the sweepstakes or using the prize.
If something like viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, epidemics, pandemics, or other uncontrollable causes messes up the sweepstakes, the sponsor has the right to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend it. In that case, they may choose the winners from all eligible entries before or after the issue occurred.
Personal information given to join the sweepstakes follows the sponsor’s privacy policy at tudum.com. To get a copy of these official rules or the winners’ list after September 3, send an email to tudumgiveaway@netflix.com with the subject line: The Umbrella Academy Sweepstakes. The email must be sent within sixty days of the sweepstakes period ending.
