Get ready for the new series No Good Deed, created by Liz Feldman.
This dark comedy, featuring Lisa Kudrow and Ray Romano, shows three families fighting to buy the same house in Los Angeles, only to find out it might be more of a nightmare than a dream. You can catch a glimpse of Linda Cardellini and the rest of the cast in the teaser above before the show’s premiere on Dec. 12.
Feldman thought up Cardellini’s character Margo, a stark contrast to her previous roles, during the last season of Dead to Me. Cardellini wanted to play a “badass bitch” instead of her usual sweet characters, which led Feldman to develop this new world.
“I thought, ‘That’s really interesting. What would that look like?’” said Feldman, reflecting on the idea. She was already imagining a story about a house and the people around it when she wondered who this “badass bitch” could be. Thus, Margo was born, a character full of secrets in the world of No Good Deed.
Fans are excited to see what unfolds next.
