Keep reading to enjoy some laughs and find out more about the epic finale of Cobra Kai.

When does Cobra Kai Season 6 come out?

Part 1 of Season 6 is already available. Part 2 will be released on Nov. 15, and the last part comes in 2025. Each part has five episodes.

William Zabka says the season’s release feels like a film trilogy. “The stakes are set at the end of the first five. I think if it was just a movie, it’s a great ending that would beg for a sequel, which fortunately is coming in a few months,” he shared.

What’s happening in Season 6?

With Cobra Kai out of the Valley, senseis and students need to decide if they’ll join the Sekai Taikai, the world karate championships. Co-showrunner Hayden Schlossberg said, “That takes things to the next level.”

The characters feel like they’re starting fresh. Ralph Macchio says, “Everybody’s feeling like this chapter is now closed and we can look forward to working together to create the best Sekai Taikai experience for our students.”

Even though Terry Silver was defeated, John Kreese is back after faking his death and escaping prison. What will he do next?

Martin Kove teases, “There’s lots of surprises in Season 6. You’ll love it.” Xolo Maridueña adds, “It’s gonna be a banger.”

Who is behind Cobra Kai?

Cobra Kai is written and produced by Josh Heald, Jon Hurwitz, and Hayden Schlossberg through Counterbalance Entertainment. When they announced the end of the show, they wrote a letter mentioning Daniel LaRusso’s journey since 1984 and how he inspired new heroes. They wanted to conclude Cobra Kai on their terms.

“Our Day 1 goal with Cobra Kai has always been to end it on our terms, leaving the Valley in the time and place we’ve always imagined,” they wrote. “So it is with immense pride and thankfulness that we are able to announce that achievement. … While this may be a bittersweet day for the fandom, the Miyagiverse has never been stronger.”

Other executive producers are Will Smith, James Lassiter, Caleeb Pinkett, Susan Ekins, Ralph Macchio, and William Zabka. But remember, Cobra Kai never dies.
