Season 6 of Black Mirror left us with many thoughts and feelings.
Season 7 in the Works
While we’re still processing, Charlie Brooker’s dark series is already working on six new episodes for Season 7, set to hit Netflix in 2025. As part of Geeked Week, a festival celebrating fandoms, Netflix shared the main cast for the upcoming season.
Hints Without Spoilers
The creators of Black Mirror haven’t given away any spoilers yet, but they did share an exciting tidbit: one episode will be a follow-up to the memorable “USS Callister” from Season 4.
A Look Back at “USS Callister”
This episode featured Robert Daly, a smart but troubled game programmer. Feeling unappreciated at work, he created a simulated world inside his game where he played a Captain Kirk-like leader. His crew, made up of digital versions of his co-workers, went on wild sci-fi adventures. But, being Black Mirror, things took a dark turn.
Fans are really excited about this sequel.
